Our Heavy Duty Deluxe 15,000 GVWR Flatbed Trailer is constructed with a Heavy Duty frame and all our best options in a package deal. The mainframe is 8″ Channel with 3″ Channel crossmembers on 17″ centers. Standard length is 22′. This is 18′ of flat with a 4′ dovetail. The heavy duty frame and tongue are continuous cold formed 8″ channel, with cross-members on 17″ centers. The running gear features heavy duty 8 lug 7,000 lb. axles with long lasting slipper spring suspension and 235/80 R16 load range E Westlake radial tires. We use a steel plate wheel box over the tires for added durability in this high stress area and to minimize the deck height for easy loading of equipment.
Loaded deck height is a low 33 inches. Standard features include an adjustable pintle ring or cast iron ball coupler – your choice. Ramps are made with 4″ Channel, cleats, and spring assist for easy loading of your equipment. Upgraded wiring in conduit with lifetime LED rubber mounted lights give added value to this deluxe flatbed trailer.

Our heavy duty deluxe 20000 GVWR Flatbed Trailer is constructed with frame upgrades and all our best features. Standard length is 22'. The heavy duty frame and tongue are continuous cold formed 10" channel with cross-members on 16" centers and heavier 5" channel outer rails. The running gear features heavy duty 8 lug 8,000 lb. axles with 3 3/8x12 1/4 heavy duty brakes and long lasting slipper spring suspension. This trailer also upgrades to 215/75 R17.5 load range H radial tires. We use a steel plate wheel box over the tires for added durability in this high stress area and to minimize the deck height for easy loading of equipment.
Standard features include an adjustable pintle ring. An optional adjustable 2 5/16" 20,000 GVWR ball coupler is also available. The dovetail is 4' with spring assist swing up ramps. Upgraded wiring in conduit with lifetime LED rubber mounted lights give added value to this deluxe 20000 GVWR Flatbed Trailer.
