Tandem Axle Utility Trailers
Trailer Sales of Michigan offers Tandem Axle Utility Trailers in a variety of capacity ratings that range from 6,000 lb. to 13,000 lb. GVWR.
First are our Web Special Tandem Axle Utility Trailers. These trailers are built to the same quality standards as our heavier models but are built with a price point in mind. This traditional landscape web special has a full width rear landscape gate. Brakes are standard only on one axle.
The rest of the lineup features light, medium, and heavy duty models. Light duty models are available in 7,000 lb. and 9,000 lb. GVWRs. The top rails are 2x2x1/8 angle iron on these two models. Medium duty models are available in an 11,000 lb. GVWR. This trailer can be down rated to 9,999 GVWR. It has 6,000 lb. 6 lug axles. The top rail increases in size to 3x3x3/16 angle iron. Our heavy duty tandem axle utility trailers come in a 13,000 lb. GVW rating with 8 lug 6,000 lb. axles.
All three duty designations are available in our “Standard” or “Deluxe” packages. Standard models are well equipped with DOT legal lighting packages and reflective tape. The Deluxe package adds some great extra features such as a dovetail to make loading easier – as well as the wiring being run in protective conduit and premium radial tires. Our heavy duty 13,000 lb. GVWR Deluxe model includes a super heavy duty split, spring assisted landscape gate that is capable of loading a skid steer.
