Our 8000 GVWR Diamond Floor Car Trailer is constructed with a continuous cold formed 5″ channel frame and tongue with 3″ channel crossmembers on 24″ centers. The main difference between this model and the 7,000 GVWR model is that the axles increase to 4,000 lb. capacity with 6 lugs, and brakes on both axles. Tires are 225/75 R15 load range D Castle Rock radial. An adjustable 2 5/16″ coupler, swing up jack, and your choice of teardrop or heavy duty diamond plate fenders for the same price. 8 D-ring tie-downs are welded to the top of the diamond plate flooring. Lighting is stud mounted with skip spacing reflective tape. A dovetail with 5′ cleated loading ramps that slide in to racks under the floor immediately behind the fenders are included.
